MONTREAL - SNC Lavalin (TSX:SNC), one of the world’s biggest engineering companies, says its subsidiary, Groupe Qualitas, has acquired Laboratoire Sol et Beton L.S.B., a Quebec City material and geotechnical engineering firm.
